POSITION COMPONENT: Business Office Specialist

What will you do? As a Business Office Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose is to be responsible for providing administrative/fiscal support to the clinical programs.

These functions include:

  • Responsible for providing administrative/fiscal support to the clinical programs.
  • Scheduling appointments for clients over the phone, email, or at Aspire.
  • Making sure each client is scheduled appropriately based on insurance and services.
  • Enter charges for services rendered and ensure all charges are entered accurately.
  • Complete Inpatient and Outpatient registration for new and existing clients.
  • Processing/calculating Financial Eligibility Applications.
  • Collecting copayments/deductibles prior to services rendered and completing deposit logs.
  • Confirming Benefits via websites or calling and Initiating Pre-certification.
  • Supporting each department acting as a liaison by answering phones and helping to answer client's questions and concerns.
  • Ensuring all Electronic Health Record entries are free from errors.
  • Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience working with insurance providers preferred
  • Pass a Level II Background clearance
  • Pass a Motor Vehicle Records clearance
