Pay starts at $65,000 & may be negotiated based on experience.

Job Purpose: As a Cybersecurity and Network Operations Manager at Aspire Health Partners, you responsible for the overall performance of the organization’s electronic networks and leads the Network Team in fulfilling the organization’s information systems requirements, cybersecurity response activities, performing and supporting security incident triage, determining scope, urgency, and operational impact.

Job Functions

  • Responsible for the overall performance of the organization’s electronic networks and leads the Network Team in fulfilling the organization’s information systems requirements, cybersecurity response activities, performing and supporting security incident triage, determining scope, urgency, and operational impact.
  • Monitor daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Coordinate technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance. Test, troubleshoot, and modify information systems so that they operate effectively.
  • Analyze logs and network activity to detect and eliminate vulnerabilities and threats to the environment.
  • Perform maintenance operations and manage security tools to keep all information systems adequately protected.
  • Work closely with IT Leadership to manage the maintenance and growth of the network.
  • Assist in designing, developing, implementing, and coordinating systems, policies, and procedures. Development/implementation of cybersecurity practices across the organization.
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
  • Assist in creating disaster plans that will keep the organization afloat in the event of an IT crisis.
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. Participates in security audits and provides recommendations to mitigate risks and follows up on audit action items.
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
  • Manage Network Team staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
  • Stay current with emerging threats and trends.
  • Mostly importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in directly related field required; or equivalent experience; may substitute associate degree and two (2) years of directly related work experience; may substitute 4+ years of directly related work experience (Healthcare preferred).
  • Industry Certifications: 1 or more related certifications (CompTIA Network+/Security+/CySA+, CEH) desired
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in Information Technology (Healthcare preferred) including 2+ years of cybersecurity related experience. 2+ years of management experience in an IT environment.
