Job Purpose: As a Facilities Director at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide support and assistance to the Vice President of Facilities and Administrative Operations that will involve a variety of essential functions monitoring the facilities' operations.

Job Functions

These include:

  • Project management.
  • The inspection of tools, equipment, and machinery.
  • Scheduling routine maintenance.
  • Managing resource budgets.
  • Assists in maintaining the safety and security of the facilities, by immediately reporting potential risks to avoid hazards within the premises.
  • Training is facilitated for the employees to mitigate risks.
  • Must maintain excellent communication with the Vice President of Facilities and Administrative Operations as well as with Aspire leadership and the Facilities team.
  • Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

  • Level II Background clearance
  • Possession of construction, electrical, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, etc., certification is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid Florida driver's license is a requirement for this job.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and 7-10 years of job-related experience in property/facility management, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, electrical, etc. Should have some experience and understanding of the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, rules, and codes relative to the business of Aspire's facilities and equipment is required.
  • AHCA (hospital, nursing home, etc.) experience is preferred.
  • Management/leadership experience is preferred.
  • Experience in working with shared leadership and with cross-functional teams.
