What will you do? As a Nursing Supervisor at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a variety of essential functions to provide leadership, coordination and services.  

These functions include:

  • Providing daily services in your assigned service role either directly to participants or on a program support team.
  • Providing task and clinical supervision to program staff, if applicable.
  • Assisting upper management with interviewing, selection and training of new employees.
  • Documenting clearly and effectively in the Electronic Health Record, when applicable.
  • Communicating effectively with team and leadership members.
  • Conducting in service staff or community trainings.
  • Following all program specific protocols in relation to specified role.
  • Maintaining all required credentials necessary to perform job functions.

Qualifications

Dependent upon program specifications:

  • 1 year working with target population
  • Pass a Level II Background clearance
  • Pass a Motor Vehicle Records clearance
