Responsibilities:

· Provide direct care, counseling, and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.

· Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

· Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.

· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate discharge planning, treatment coordination, and referrals.

· Offer crisis intervention and support to individuals in acute distress.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation following organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.

· Completing program-specific assessments.

· Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

· Masters degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or related field from an accredited University/College.

· Current Florida licensure as a Social Worker (LCSW) (preferred) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

· Demonstrated experience providing therapy or counseling in a behavioral health setting.

· Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing treatment plans.

· Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse populations.

· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
