Job Purpose: As a Vocational Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to promote Recovery and Resiliency through employment training and job coaching.

Job Functions

  • Once members are placed, this position will train clients, monitor their progress and act as liaison with the employer.
  • Participates in the multidisciplinary team approach in support of the Fact Team program to promote recovery and resiliency through educational opportunities, volunteer opportunities, employment training, and job coaching.

Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
  • Bachelor Degree in psychology, social work, sociology or a related subject
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years direct care working experience with severe and persistent mental health population, focusing on case management and housing.
