Mariette joined Aspire in May 2023 as the Staffing Strategies Manager. She is an alumna of the University of Central Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Science with minors in Anthropology, Sociology, and Mass Communication. Her goal is to empower employees through skills training, streamlining processes to ensure the Staffing team is able to work effectively, and have a healthy work/life balance.   She strongly believes that empowering our teams and giving them the tools and knowledge to thrive and grow are the building blocks of long-term successful employees and contributes to a positive work culture.  These actions all result in making the candidate experience a positive one as well.  In her free time, she can often be found crafting or out on the coast taking nature and wildlife photos.

Christee joined Team Aspire in August 2022 and quickly mastered all things recruiting.  She earned her bachelor???s degree in business at Valencia College and is currently pursuing her MBA in Leadership at Florida International University (FIU).  Her career experiences span from hospitality to Business Director for a Learning Academy & Daycare.  Christee???s personal motto is "Be mindful, Be Grateful, Be True & Be Kind." and she demonstrates this quite well each day in her current role as the Lead Staffing Strategies Specialist. Christee enjoys helping people and making sure they feel supported throughout the hiring process and finds that her current role allows her to make a difference in people???s lives every day and feel the rewards of seeing people thrive in a role she helped identify for them. Joshua joined Team Aspire in 2024 and his professional background includes corporate training, recruiting, sales and customer service in a variety of industries.  With this background and his natural ability to connect with others, Joshua helps inform candidates about opportunities at Aspire and is very adept at matching them with the positions that best align with their credentials and interests.   In his free time, Joshua directs his energies into creative projects, particularly music as a drummer and vocalist.
