Job Purpose: As the Controller, your job purpose is to oversee the company-wide accounting transactions, culminating with the financial statement monthly reporting.

Job Functions

  • Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions

Job Purpose: As a Director at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose includes responsibility for the overall management of your assigned clinical or administrative program(s).

Job Functions

· Oversight and management of day-to-day operations, budgeted revenue, and expenditures.

· Employee training compliance and HR management of staff members.

· Providing supervision, consultation, and leadership to program Supervisors and Leads, fulfilling a leadership role in the development of new programs.

Job Purpose: The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for referral of clients to the Cohen Clinic at Aspire Health Partners through outreach to community partners including veteran-service organizations, military service organizations, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, law enforcement, educational institutions, the faith-based community and other local partners. The Outreach Coordinator will also participate in peer-to-peer communication, presentations, and other outreach engagements as needed. Recruitment will focus on reaching veterans who served in Iraq and Afghanistan wars and their family members.

Job Functions

  • Marketing experience is highly desirable. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Outgoing, pleasant, professional manner; the ability to create and maintain contacts in the community; and clear articulation in providing informative presentations about the Military Family Clinic.
  • Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer’s sole discretion.
  • Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.

POSITION COMPONENT: Business Office Specialist

Job Purpose: As a Family Counselor at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions in order to assist psychiatric outpatient clients to achieve and maintain stability.

In the NAVIGATE program the Family Education Therapist will teach families about psychosis and its treatment. They will reduce relapse by encouraging medication compliance and support clients work toward personal recovery goals while educating families on warning signs of relapse.

Job Functions

  • Provide supportive individual and/or group/family counseling to caseload to assist clients in meeting treatment goals and objectives.
  • Document all interactions in a timely manner according to company best practices guidelines.
  • Demonstrate competency in the ability to do assessments, treatment planning, and other required data collection and entry both on paper and EHR.
  • Make appropriate referrals and attempt to meet clients’ identified needs.
  • Ensure that all discharge paperwork is completed including discharge instructions, closing summary, residential referral, and accurate documentation of transition assessment.
  • Demonstrate respect for diverse backgrounds of all customers, clients, staff, and community.
  • Exhibit a commitment to treat visitors, clients, family members and co-workers with dignity, compassion, and respect at all times, and demonstrate courtesy in interactions with members of all departments and disciplines within the company.

Job Functions

  • Direct the refinement development and execution of an enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan.
  • Work with vendors, Risk Management, Compliance, and other Aspire management in the prevention of breaches and the execution of activities following an identified breach.
  • Consult with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations and make recommendations on the improvement or reengineering of the technology departments.
  • Help prioritize, and control projects and the project portfolio as they relate to the selection, acquisition, development, and installation of major information systems.
  • Review hardware and software acquisition and maintenance contracts and advise executive management in the pursuance of master contracts.
  • Ensure continuous delivery of excellent customer services regarding technology services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of IT systems performance.
  • Ensure IT system operation adheres to applicable rules, laws and other cybersecurity regulations and is well-positioned to fend off hacking attempts and ransomware demands, and if they do occur demonstrate the ability to successfully restore the system to full functionality in the least amount of time.
  • Keep current with trends and issues in the IT industry, including supportive technologies and advise executive management staff and technology management staff accordingly.
  • Prepare ad-hoc and regular reports as needed.
  • Provide data analytics and reporting when requested.
  • Provide project management expertise, in conjunction with diverse company stakeholders, for large-scale company-wide technology implementations.
  • Encourage learning via coaching, as appropriate, and maximize cross-training efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • This position must maintain professional, positive working relationships, assist in resolving errors and discrepancies, and complete required trainings and/or attend and participate in meetings when necessary and assure that those reporting up through this position behave in a similar fashion.

Job Purpose: As Driver/Inventory Assistant at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of duties to assist in the procurement process of medical products, office supplies and furniture wherein specifications are well defined.

Job Functions

  • Process all written and verbal requests for supplies for delivery to all AHP locations.
  • Delivery of supplies to depts within the facilities.
  • Process delivery order documentation and file signed receiving tickets.
  • Maintain vans - coordinate service and repairs with the Transportation Department.
  • Complete and document monthly van inspections.
  • Confirm that each van has the required safety equipment.
  • Run errands and courier services as required.
  • Pick up and process incoming and outgoing mail and interoffice mail at Kennedy.

  • When requested, pick up medical files and deliver appropriately.
  • Receive and check in orders from vendors and assist restocking the supply room.
  • Inventory and restock the stock room twice per week and notify PA when stock needs to be reordered.
  • Process PPE orders – pull from stock and deliver to departments.
  • Inventory PPE stock weekly and provide PS with the inventory records. Notify PS when stock needs to be reordered.
  • When a procurement platform is implemented, log in to platform daily and compare orders and receipts for each facility, file report to PA when orders are late or incomplete.

Job Purpose: The Lead Clinician at Aspire Health Partners serves as evidence based champion and primary clinical leader on an interdisciplinary team, focused on providing time-limited, evidence-based practices in an outpatient clinic that serves individual adults, couples, families, and children.

Job Functions

· The Lead Clinician will provide evidence-based treatment to veterans, particularly those who served in Iraq and Afghanistan wars, and their families.

· Knowledge in DSM-IV/DSM-V diagnoses.

· Knowledge of evidence-based practice, including manualized treatment modalities and measurement-based care.

· Experience working with military population and/or veterans or Department of Veterans Affairs and/or Department of Defense.

Job Functions

  • Assist in writing proposals and grants to secure current or additional funding. Develops the evaluation and outcome sections of funding proposals. When possible, identifies potential future funding sources and/or opportunities.
  • Acquires and maintains knowledge of the requirements of the grants that are awarded and ensures that the programs are meeting these requirements. Periodically conducts reviews of the programs to guarantee compliance.
  • Based on research and sound practice, makes recommendations for program structure and design, with the goal of designing programs embedded evaluation capacity. Assists in strategic planning sessions.
  • Performs/assists all activities outlined in various grant awards associated with the evaluation of the grant. Ensures programs maintain the integrity of the services outlined in grants, AOP’s, contracts and other funding documents.
  • Must oversee data collection done by assistant program evaluators.
  • Actively participates in reports and renewal applications for grant-funded programs.
  • Assists programs without program evaluation funding to implement basic program evaluation processes that require limited resources to maintain.
  • Regularly reviews data gathered about clients, services, and employees. Examines data for important trends and reports this to senior management.
  • Collaborates with Director of Information Services to create useful reports from company database.

POSITION COMPONENT: ELIGCONT

What will you do? As client payer sources and program assignments can change over a client's life span within the Aspire system of care, Verification at regular intervals will be required to assure accuracy of assigned payer source(s) and responsiveness to our dynamic environment.

As an Eligibility Control Specialist, your job is to assure that the appropriate payer sources and program assignments are monitored for accuracy. This is accomplished by producing reports from the Electronic Health Record system (EHR) and other sources, identifying any improper payer source/program assignments and ensuring the workflow will follow the correct "waterfalling" process at the tier level.

Your work is accomplished by interfacing with both Administrative/Support and Medical/Clinical/Program areas for validations and clarifications via phone calls, emails, and TEAMS. Your work will ensure accurate and complete information and will prevent delays in reimbursement, decreased revenues, as well as audit or compliance violations.

Additionally, the Specialist will engage in audit support activities as clients transition throughout Aspire and other work as required to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

  • Level II Background clearance is required.
  • Education level of Associates, or Bachelors in a germane field is preferred.
  • Two years successful experience working in a corporate, educational or governmental environment required.
  • Experience in Data Reclamation, Accounting, Patient Accounts/Billing, Analysis, and/or Healthcare Risk/Compliance is preferred.

What will you do? As a Registration Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a variety of essential functions to ensure effective operations of assigned programs.

These functions include:

  • Scheduling/Rescheduling: Insurance Verification and Review of Benefits.
  • Insurance screening, collecting deductible, copays, coinsurance.
  • Provides financial consultation and triage to current and potential clients, in order to determine the individual's financial status.
  • Identify and collect financial qualifying documents to meet financial criteria; Prepares fee estimates for the client's full course of care.
  • Develops, along with the client, the most appropriate payment plan; Identifies the fund source along with other specific financial information.
  • Run monthly MMA and insurance verification to ensure financials are up to date.
  • Program financial screening and payment agreements.
  • Financial Screening for alternative funders, fee collection and financial payment agreements.
  • Complete initial and continued authorization and D/C summaries; Verifies that releases are signed as well as client's insurance eligibility and specific coverage with individual insurance company or employer.
  • Ensure that the master client file is properly established in the computer system; Screen clients for determination of appropriate fund source (CBC, DJJ, MMA, Drug Court, Insurance, SAMH, etc.).
  • Maintains an up-to-date calendar and tracking information relevant to financial and insurance update via regular reports; Post collected first party fees to the individual's account.
  • Ensures that all financial documentation is completed in a timely manner and updated when the client's financial situation changes.
  • Works with the finance department and supervisors to identify and correct any deficiencies with regard to financial qualifying and collection.
  • May be required to work at multiple locations and maintain financial and caseload responsibilities as well as working with specialized departments.
  • Must maintain flexibility of scheduling work tasks so that the individual can be responsive to the needs of the Program Department on a daily basis.
  • Work in a cooperative manner with Program Directors and Staff. Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Two years of experience or equivalent as a Registered Medical Assistant or Bachelor's Degree with utilization training in insurance, screening, data entry and fee collection and qualification.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid rules and regulations. Understanding of CPT, HCPCS and billing/contract requirements.
  • Ability to work with challenging clients and respond to multiple needs of staff. Must be detailed oriented and communicate effectively with consumers, care managers and peers.

What will you do? As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a variety of essential functions to assess, plan implement and evaluate the nursing care of psychiatric clients.

These functions include:

  • Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to Aspire Health partners policies and procedures. The LPN may be assigned to different work positions and is expected to perform the responsibilities of all areas.
  • Perform routine assessments of patients prior to providing medications (oral and injectable) as determined by the medical orders and standard nursing practice. This includes the observation and assessment of withdrawal symptoms and other related issues.
  • Take patient vital signs as appropriate and complete treatment orders and perform.
  • Other routine nursing activities.
  • Dispense and document all medications as ordered oral and injections, notify medical staff of any adverse incident or observation of patient that necessitates changes to medical orders.
  • Manage medical provider schedules. This includes email requests, phone requests, and making the follow ups after they are seen.
  • Ordering and pulling lab results.
  • Prepare medical charts and pulling of paper charts / binder charts the day prior based on the next day's schedule.
  • Complete Prior Authorizations for medications as needed.
  • Assist patients with access to Patient Assistance Medication Programs.
  • Transcribe orders to the MAR/EHR.
  • Monitor patients providing urine drug screens (UDS).
  • Perform blood draws for lab testing, as prescribed by the medical provider, completing all required documents appropriately.

Qualifications

  • Maintains current State of Florida LPN license.

Job Functions

  • Providing supervision, consultation and leadership to program Supervisors and Leads.
  • Assume a leadership role in the development of new programs.
  • Assure compliance with rules and standards of the Company, Contractors, Regulatory Agencies such as AHCA, DCF, CARF, etc..
  • Contribute to the development of program evaluations, productivity standards, outcome indicators designed to promote and measure the effectiveness of services.
  • Staff Development – Ensure all staff are properly trained in all areas of food service.
  • Handle state certifications and ensure compliance of company-wide training program. –Experience in mentoring staff, coordinating staff evaluations and ability to guide a potential new hire through the hiring process.
  • Ordering Food & Supplies – Handle the purchasing of the company wide food and supplies ordering. Ensure all purchases meet menu criteria. Ensure all pricing is as per the negotiated price.
  • Food Vendor - Work with food service vendors to resolve any issues with deliveries, food quality, invoicing, and handle any RFPs for new vendors each year.
  • Budgeting – Work to ensure that all departments are within budgetary expectations. Handle all invoicing from outside vendors and ensure they are properly coded and delivered to AP for payment. Cost Per Meal – Work with programs and AP and budget department to ensure meal costs are within budgetary expectations.
  • Menu Standardization – Continue to work with all programs and departments to ensure standardization of the menu is achieved.
  • NSLP – Handle all correspondence with Fresh Florida and the NSLP program. Review all invoicing, quality control initiatives, monthly monitoring, committee meetings and all other requirements of the program.
  • Compliance – Ensure that all programs are in compliance with the Department of Health and all other internal/external monthly/quarterly and yearly inspections.
  • Special Diets – Ensue all special diets are adhered to. Meals are prepared by USDA and other nutritional guidelines. Validate all forms being submitted by programs fall under correct criteria for Special Diet requirements.
  • Disaster Preparedness – Assist programs in the preparation for Disasters. Ensure there are enough supplies on hand to continue food operations in the event of a disaster. Rotate inventory of supplies to ensure that they are within expiration dates.
  • Corporate Catering Events – Schedule catering events throughout the company. Follow menu and budgetary expectations for the events.
  • Monthly Billing of Programs Served – Handle the billing of meals served to the programs that food service supports. Deliver billing to AP on a monthly basis and monitor budget to validate correct coding of bills.
  • Food Quality – Work with nutrition staff to ensure that all food quality standards are met throughout our continuum of care.
  • Payroll Reports – Monitor bi-weekly payroll reports. Monitor overtime, PTO and salary line items throughout the food service programs to control costs.
  • Meal Delivery – Handle the delivery of food from larger kitchens to outlying programs. Ensure quality control, time dates and quantity of food delivered.
  • Mostly importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

What will you do? This position will work in teams of two (one licensed clinician and one crisis support case manager) to be available for immediate response to dispatch of appropriate mental health-related calls.

Essential functions include:

1. Respond both via telehealth and face-to-face in the community to identified mental health crisis calls.
2. Utilize assessment and intervention techniques, to provide short term crisis support/counseling and to connect the client to appropriate Aspire and/or Central Florida community resources.
3. Formulating an appropriate clinical disposition for the client in need of services.
4. Additional internal functions include participation in staff meetings, interdepartmental communication and consultation, and community engagement with stakeholders and resources.
5. Operational duties, such as:
a. Generating additional documentation, data collection, reports, and diagnostics when necessary
b. Collaborating with outcome evaluation processes and/or any other tasks requested by supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Perform routine intake procedures relating to medical issues and initiate and maintain client medical charts.
  • Administer or observe medications and document prescription medications, blood pressure, behavior and other related issues.

  • Communicate unusual issues or circumstances to supervisory personnel and communicate with night personnel at change of shift to provide complete information regarding current client and facility conditions.
  • May perform some administrative functions including client room assignments.
  • May facilitate group recovery meetings and house meetings, note critical issues to review with others and collect fees for services.
  • May obtain insurance benefits, authorization and continues reviews.
  • May monitor clients issuing urine samples for laboratory testing and prepare and maintain required documentation for chain of custody.
  • Document client behavior and other related data. Prepare periodic and special reports relating to work activities and project progress.
  • Perform crisis interventions as required.
  • Ensure the proper disposal of bio-hazardous material.
  • Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adheres to agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma and certifications as MA, EMT, CNA, or PCT
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through recognized association
  • Level II Background clearance

Intake Coordinator 

Job Purpose: The Intake coordinator provides support to the Cohen Clinic as the first contact for services. This position will manage all intake calls and appointments, administer appropriate paperwork and psychometric screeners, and will schedule with appropriate clinical staff for biopsychosocial assessments. The position will conduct phone and face to face screenings and intakes on-site and off-site for veterans and their families. The Intake Coordinator will work with a multi-disciplinary team for case assignments, consultations and care coordination.

The Intake Coordinator must have strong organizational skills and good attention to detail, as well as good communication skills and an ability to work with multiple external partners. He/she must enjoy working within small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-focused, results-driven and community oriented. He/she should possess both the ability to work with and train teammates, and sufficient self-direction to manage execution of projects individually.

  • Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)
  • Level II Background clearance

CIT Support Specialist

(1) Full-Time and (1) Pool/Pe Diem Opportunity

Pay Grade: $45,000 per year/$21.63 per hour

Qualifications:

Education: bachelor's degree in human services or related field required. Master's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the behavioral health field. Minimum of 2 years teaching experience. Knowledge related to law enforcement and resources available in Central Florida.

Job Purpose: As a CIT Support Specialist with Aspire Health Partners, the job purpose of the CIT Support Specialist will be to coordinate and provide Crisis Intervention Team trainings for Aspire Health Partners in partnership with community law enforcement and other agencies.

Tasks will include (but are not limited to):

  1. preparation for and facilitation of monthly 40-hour CIT trainings and refreshers,
  2. providing trainings in the community on behavioral health-related topics such as mental health and substance use disorders, crisis intervention and de-escalation,
  3. law enforcement officer wellness,
  4. Baker Act/Marchman Act, and diversity/inclusiveness.

Additional functions include:

  • participation in community meetings,
