Bed Management and Staffing Specialist

This is NOT a recruiter position

Job Purpose: As a Bed Management / Staffing Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose is to provide bed availability based on the staff coordination per the guidelines/acuity and safety.

Job Functions

  • Coordinate unit staff to ensure unit coverage on a 24/7 basis for all acute care programs.

Intake Coordinator- Hinesville, GA

Job Purpose: The Intake coordinator provides support to the Cohen Clinic as the first contact for services. This position will manage all intake calls and appointments, administer appropriate paperwork and psychometric screeners, and will schedule with appropriate clinical staff for biopsychosocial assessments. The position will conduct phone and face to face screenings and intakes on-site and off-site for veterans and their families. Managed Care Appeals Representative

Job Purpose: As a Managed Care Appeals Representative, you will be responsible for reviewing and resolving insurance claims that have been denied or disputed by insurance carriers for lack of authorization or medical necessity. In addition, you will be responsible for managing and processing medication prior authorizations to ensure timely and efficient medication administration.

Job Functions

  • Review and analyze claim denials to perform the appropriate appeals necessary for reimbursement.
  • Obtain necessary medical documentation needed for appeal submission.
  • Submit written appeals to insurance carriers and follow up on the status of submitted appeals.

What will you do? As a BHT at Aspire Health Partners, your purpose will be to provide a variety of essential functions regarding the care of patients and safety of units.

Job Purpose: As a Behavioral Health Court Coordinator at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to serve as the qualified professional and coordinator as it applies to the Marchman Act, Baker Act, and their subsequent assessment, court processes, and care coordination components.

Job Functions

  • Oversee and facilitate the day-to-day operations and processes of Marchman Act and Baker Act involved cases across all AHP facilities, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a qualified professional for the Marchman Act, which includes, but is not limited to conducting involuntary assessments to assist in identifying the least restrictive treatment option based on ASAM criteria, ensuring the proper completion and submission of all court documentation, serving as the liaison with the court on Marchman Acts, completing court testimony, and ensuring all components of the Marchman Act are carried out in accordance with the law
  • Communicating with petitioners, support system, and other interested third parties, as appropriate; assist with licensure sign off of clinical documentation, such as assessments, treatment plans, and transition plans, as needed.
  • Serve as the care coordinator for the Baker Act, which includes, but is not limited to collaborating with psychiatrists and PMHNP providers on assessments and recommendations, ensuring the proper completion and submission of all court documentation, serving as the liaison with the court on Baker Acts, which may involve coordinating medical provider engagement in the hearings as needed, completing court testimony, communicating with petitioners, support system, and other interested third parties, as appropriate, and ensuring all components of the Baker Act are carried out in accordance with the law; assist with licensure sign off of clinical documentation, such as assessments, treatment plans, and transition plans, as needed.
  • Participate in unit treatment teams to facilitate the assessment and recommendation process for clients under a Marchman Act or Baker Act to ensure compliance with processes, documentation, and timeframe requirements, as set by statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide care coordination for clients under an active Marchman Act or Baker Act/AOT court order for treatment. This may include, but is not limited to, developing and facilitating transition of care plans, which at times may be in collaboration with other team members, community partners, governmental entities, and client support system, to either AHP or non-AHP programs in accordance with treatment recommendations and court orders and providing required and as requested written and verbal updates to the judicial system.
  • Ensure proper communication and information to clients under a Baker Act or Marchman Act, which includes a comprehensive transition plan that includes, but is not limited to, information specific to their case, contact information for the Behavioral Health Court Coordinator, the courts, and other helpful resources.
  • Track case statuses and provide accurate and timely information updates to AHP treatment teams and leadership, as appropriate, on clients actively under a Marchman Act or Baker Act.

Job Functions

  • Preparing transfer evaluation for court as prescribed by the Baker Act Law for proper signature
  • Monitoring admission process and all that it entails

Job Purpose: As the Medical Information Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions in order to effectively contribute towards the operations of the department.

These functions include:

  • Create and maintain records.
  • Retrieve charts of discharged clients each day based on bed movement reports.
  • Create, assemble, and maintain medical records in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assemble record timely and in proper order with minimal backlog.
  • Verify dictation of History/Physicals within specified timeframes and assist in entering valid Inpatient admission diagnosis accurately in the electronic health record.
  • Consolidate and archive records and files as necessary in accordance with company procedure.

What will you do? Job Purpose: The Intake coordinator provides support to the Cohen Clinic as the first contact for services. 

Job function include:

  • Manage all intake calls and appointments
